| Bianor AD /to be registered on the Exchange/ has filed with BSE-Sofia the following information about the subscription results of the IPO of the company: The subscription to the offered new shares of the increase in capital of the company and the ranking of the buy orders within the book-building period has ended on 29.06.2007 with the following results: - First Financial Brokerage House and Bianor AD have negotiated and agreed on a price per share subscribed to/sold of the offering of BGN 10.25. This price is the single issuing value per share of the increase - There have been 135,000 shares allotted through the offering as stipulated in the Prospectus. - The total issuing/sale value of the shares allotted through the offering amounts to BGN 1,383,750, payable to the company in terms of BGN 1,383,750 for the 135,000 new shares subscribed to. - Shares are allotted to 107 persons, who have taken part in the offering. - The costs connected to the offering amount at present to BGN 39,293.09, including the reward due to First Financial Brokerage House on amount of BGN 15,000 plus 1.5% of the total value of the new shares placed, i.e. BGN 20,756.25, as well as a fee of BGN 1,750 paid to the Financial Supervision Commission in connected with the Prospectus approval. |
