| Company: ELARG Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund REIT-Sofia (4ECA) The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to invalidate 7,140 bonds of the debenture loan under ISIN BG2100018071, having a total nominal value of EUR 7,140,000. An application has been filed to the Central Depository to obliterate the invalidated bonds from the registry. After the invalidation of the bonds mentioned above, no more bonds of the debenture loan of ELARG under ISIN BG2100018071 have remained into circulation. |
