| Company: EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie AD-Plovdiv (EV6) EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie AD does hereby inform the investors that under a decision No. 944-PD of September 14, 2012 the Deputy-Chair of the Financial Supervision Commission has deleted from the Public Companies’ Register under Art. 30 (1), item 3 of the FSCA, both the company EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie AD and its issue of shares, allotted into 156,400 common, dematerialised, registered, freely-transferable and voting shares at BGN 1.00 nominal value each. Thus the Company has lost its public status and therefore is to be delisted from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia and the trade in its shares on the regulated market is to be terminated.
