| Company: Varna-Plod AD-Varna (4V5) On the grounds of a framework agreement concluded by and between Varna-Plod AD and Elprom AD on extending temporary financial aid to the amount of up to BGN 10,500,000, and a request submitted on the part of Elprom AD, Varna-Plod AD has granted a loan to the amount of BGN 77,100, having the following material parameters: - Contractual interest rate: fixed on annual basis to the amount of 8%; - The borrower shall submit a promissory note for the benefit of the lender for 120% of the loan's amount; - The loan's amount shall be obtained in one-time instalment and shall be repaid by the deadline December 31, 2012 along with the interest accrued for the time period it has been utilised for.
