| To the kind attention of: The Members of BSE-SOFIA Dear ladies and gentlemen, With reference to the introduction of the Electronic Document Flow System of Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia "E-Correspondence", we would hereby like to kindly inform you as follows: As of 18 June 2012 the tests undertaken in the "E-Correspondence" environment are terminated. As of the same date, the entire correspondence of BSE-Sofia routed to its Members is to pass through "E-Correspondence".
