| Company: Hydroizomat AD-Sofia (4HI) Regarding a decision, adopted at a session of the Board of Directors held on January 27, 2012 to increase the Company's capital and a publication in the State Gazette, the company wishes to notify about the following: - number of shares prior to the increase: 1,299,122; - number of rights issued: 1,299,122; - number of shares offered for subscription: 2,598,244; - ratio between issued rights and new shares: right/shares: 1/2; - each person may subscribe to such number of shares that is equal to the number of rights acquired and/or held by them, which number is multiplied by two (2); - the capital shall only be increased if at least 1,299,122 new shares are subscribed to and paid for; - subscription right ISIN code: to be later announced; - par value: BGN 1.00; - issuance value: BGN 1.50; - BSE member authorised to service the capital increase in question: Sofia International Securities AD; - bank, in which a account shall be opened: TB Unicredit Bulbank AD; - The right to participate in the capital increase shall be entitled to those persons who have acquired shares not later than seven (7) days following the promulgation of the notification in the State Gazette, i.e. July 20, 2012 (Friday); - The final date for transacting shares of this company on the floor of BSE-Sofia, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to take part in the capital increase, will be July 18, 2012 (Wednesday) Certain dates for subscription rights trading, shares subscription and auction pursuant to Art. 112b, par (7) of the Public Offering of Securities Act will be additionally announced. |
