INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

The current section of BSE-Sofia's web-site is dedicated to the newly listed and all the other public companies and issuers of securities, admitted to trading on some of the markets organized by the Exchange. Here these companies can find detailed information about their legal obligations of information disclosure.

The section is divided to four main sub-sections as follows:

1. Legal Framework - a list of the legal acts and ordinances regulating the legal obligation of the issuers to disclose information, as well as the official practices, documents and instructions accepted and published by the Financial Supervision Commission concerning the disclosure of information.

2. Types of Information - discription of the various types of information that the public companies and issuers are obliged to disclose.

3. Methods of Disclosing Information - a description of the specific legal requirements concerning the different methods that issuers should use to disclose information.

4. Best Practices in Disclosing Information - description of the best practices on a national and European scale in information disclosure by the public companies and the issuers.

On the current section BSE-Sofia will also publish information about the changes in the legislation regulating the obligation of the issuers to disclose information, as well as other information and data conformed with the needs and the recommendations of the issuers.
