COBOS is an internet-based application for an authorized and secure access to the BSE Trading System in real time. It allows BSE-members' clients and participants on the Unofficial market to enter orders and to make transactions after receipt of confirmation from their broker. "Real time" means that COBOS applications contact the security server at BSE-Sofia and become updated at least every 15 seconds.
According to the logic of COBOS, users of the system can be the client of the exchange member, its broker and the administrator of the respective investment intermediary. Each client receives electronic certificate for access to COBOS (client certificate) as well as signs a standard contract with the intermediary for brokerage services. The broker receives electronic certificate that uniquely identifies him in the exchange trading system and allows him to "transfer" all received client buy or sell orders to the trading system. The administrator is in fact the person who defines the access permissions of the client and the broker. He is also responsible for the generation and maintenance of the certificates.
System Requirements:
Internet Browser with 128-bit SSL support. Adobe Flash Player version 8 or higher. Open TCP ports 3000,843 and 443. COBOS Screen Resolution: at least 1000x650 pixels.
